Chuck unit stationary non-rotating type
It is possible to adjust the gripping force of the work to be in line with the air pressure.
A chuck unit is a device that integrates a component (sleeve) for opening and closing a collet chuck used to grip or support materials and parts, along with a drive source (actuator: air, spring, motor, etc.). In dedicated machines used for processing or assembly that require gripping materials or parts, this device can be incorporated as a chuck unit. The stationary non-rotating type of chuck unit allows for the gripping force of the workpiece to be adjusted based on air pressure, stabilizing the dimensions in the thrust direction of the workpiece.
